The Team

Tim and Ann formed the Tim Rittal team in 1993. We are licensed Realtors® and members of RE/MAX International.

We have an extensive documented system for tracking all client transactions from the beginning of the process through follow-up after closing and client-for-life contacts. We're proud of our "First to Know" program, our referral program, and the professionalism appreciated by other licensees.

Tim was first licensed in 1984. Between 1987 and 1992, Tim worked at the Alaska Housing and Finance Corporation (AHFC) managing the sale of over 4000 foreclosed properties. In 1992, Tim went back to residential sales at 2001 Realty in Anchorage. He joined RE/MAX Properties in 1995

Ann joined Tim in 1993 as a part-time licensed assistant . She became full time in 1997, and manages to run two other businesses as well.
