Tim's wife, Ann, has a strong background in marketing and business management. She is also a licensed real estate licensee and provides valuable assistance to Tim.

Work came easily to Ann. "I love to close cycles of action. Give me a project, let me know what you want, and stand back!" She experienced hotel management, but quickly grew tired of the hours. After a year traveling abroad she came back home and held a variety of jobs... motorhome sales, tourism management, account management with an advertising firm, secretary to the House Committee on State Affairs for the Alaska State Legislature, and even a stint in California as the office manager of a golf club.

Ann was born in Wisconsin, moving often between Wisconsin, Idaho and Pennsylvania before settling in Anchorage in 1967 (she's a "pioneer" now, over 42 years and counting). She loved growing up in a boom town like Anchorage. Ann always felt this was the land of opportunity, and after graduating from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (she got her degree in Hotel Administration), she returned to Anchorage to be near her family.

In 1991 she returned to Alaska to form her own marketing and business consulting firm, Take Action Co.  Licensed in 1993, Ann manages the marketing and advertising for Tim's growing real estate enterprise. Coming aboard in 1997 as a full-time assistant, she now also handles all of the paperwork and phone calls associated with listings and active contracts. She loves getting things done, and that couldn't work any better for Tim! In her spare time she operates A Lakeside Bed & Breakfast.
